$60,000-$65,000 annually | Based on education and experience Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Preschool Principal (Center Director) to lead one of our high-performing schools in the Lehigh Valley area. What You’ll Do:

As a school leader with Chesterbrook Academy, you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing daily school operations and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations Leading a team of educators and support staff with clear vision and enthusiasm Building meaningful relationships with families and creating a welcoming school culture Ensuring curriculum implementation, classroom excellence, and student achievement Driving enrollment and retention through effective community engagement and customer service Partnering with regional leadership to meet performance goals and support staff development

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required. A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center. A strong understanding of Pennsylvania DHS licensing and Keystone Stars standards. Passion for mentoring teachers and shaping high-quality educational environments Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to travel within the local market and step into leadership openings as needed Why Join Chesterbrook Academy?
