GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the SSA
- Student Affairs department at Greenville Technical College.
Duties may include any or all of the following.
The Vice President for Student Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for all Student Services departments. As a member of the President’s Cabinet, this role ensures effective management of resources, fosters exceptional student service, promotes operational efficiency, and supports student success by providing services exceeding student expectations. Departments under the direction of the Vice President for Student Services include Advising, Testing, Student Records, Career Services, Student Disability Services, Counseling, Enrollment Services/Admissions, Recruiting, Student Life, the Dean of Students Office, the Center for Student Advocacy, CMI student services, satellite campuses, Tutoring, Academic Coaching, the ASPIRE program, the Title III grant, and federal TRIO programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate degree in Student Personnel Service, Higher Education Leadership, Business Administration or related field; ten years of experience in community relations; strong organization; research and presentation skills; and senior level management experience in community college environment to include supervision and budgeting.
