There is some flexibility in the assigned responsibilities depending on the teachers gifts and talents. First Lutheran School is a loving, Christ-Centered parochial school serving students 1 year to 8th grade. Subjects taught by the teacher will be determined by the teacher’s experience and education. Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of one year of experience teaching in middle school environment required.

Teacher Will:

Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students. Communicate with teachers, administrators, and others involved with the student’s progress. Have a passion for teaching, in particular in a middle school setting.
