STCC – Whitehaven Center Job Summary The Southwest Tennessee Community College Whitehaven Center is looking for a well motivated student to assist the staff at the Whitehaven Center with basic clerical tasks. Job Duties Operates office equipment (fax machines, copies, and telephone system) Answers telephones, greets students, and campus visitors Assist faculty, staff, students with making copies, providing information, etc. Internal pick-up and delivery of mail, parcels, etc. Maintain cleanliness of the Center, classrooms, and computer labs Set-up and breakdown of student events and activities (no heavy lifting or moving furniture) Provide clerical support to Student Services (advising, admissions, financial aid, enrollment services, etc.) May perform other duties during registration and class start Minimum Qualifications Must be a registered student of Southwest Tennessee Community College. Only students who are approved for Federal Work Study are qualified for this position. If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please reach out to the Financial Aid Office.
