Job Summary The ETSU College of Public Health is seeking a full-time temporary office assistant to help with preparation for a reaccreditation review. This position reports to the Assistant Dean for Assessment and Accreditation. Responsibilities include assembling a resource file of required documents, reviewing and formatting documents to ensure quality, proofreading the self-study narrative for internal consistency and grammar/mechanics, and other related duties as assigned. This position will coordinate with the ADAA and Department Chairs to compile all documents in a timely manner. ETSU is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Successful candidate will have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent reading comprehension. Some knowledge of accreditation requirements and processes in higher education is preferred, but not required. Full-time availability is strongly preferred; schedule can be flexible. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 60 earned credits at a post-secondary institution.
