Position Overview
The University of Vermont is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Student Services Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic Student Services and Dean’s Office team. This role is pivotal in creating a weing environment for students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors, while supporting key administrative functions and projects that enhance the student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front-Line Support:
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting and assisting students, faculty, staff, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Inbox Management:
Monitor, triage, and delegate inquiries from a centralized email inbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Administrative Support:
Collaborate with Student Services and Dean’s Office staff to execute daily administrative duties and contribute to short- and long-term projects.
Information Coordination:
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing sensitive information related to student and academic affairs.

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
