Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture:
Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive schoolclimate for staff and students.
Program Development:
Guide the ongoing development of our middle school program,focusing on effective transitions between elementary, middle, and high school.
MTSS & Curriculum:
Evolve Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) practices and assure acoordinated, rigorous curriculum.
Pathways Program:
Oversee and enhance our innovative Pathways Program.
Community Engagement:
Collaborate with families, local agencies, and the broadercommunity to establish Oxbow as a true Community Schoola hub for academics, workplaceand project-based learning, STEM, athletics, theater, music, and the arts.
Whole Student Approach:
Partner with staff and community organizations to supportacademics, social services, youth development, and community engagement.
