Hoover, AL 35242 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher for our local agency. This position is for a corporate training “teacher” that would assist training new hires on our systems, products, and services. You will be responsible for ensuring the new hires’ successful start in training by giving them the skills needed to memorize material and pass a test on it in a week’s time. Opportunity to have more responsibilities is possible within 90 days but not guaranteed. Responsibilities Implement a daily lesson plan. Support classroom management to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Engage with students to encourage participation and understanding of the curriculum. Help develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse learning needs. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
