Hybrid Christian School Elementary Teacher Christ Point Academy Huntsville, AL 35803 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher who loves Jesus to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for learners, focusing on their academic, social, emotional and spiritual development. This role requires a commitment to fostering a love for learning while implementing effective teaching strategies that align with our curriculum standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Educate students on various subjects, ensuring they learn, grow and meet educational goals throughout the school year. Mentor students, providing guidance and support in their academic journey. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Establish clear expectations that encourage student participation and maintain an orderly and focused learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; certification in Elementary Education preferred Experience working with children in an educational setting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, parents, and staff A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive, Christ-focused learning environment.
