The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, and integrating arts-based learning into their teaching approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school’s academic and arts-based curriculum. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures students’ intellectual, social, and artistic growth. Utilize creative teaching strategies to inspire curiosity and critical thinking. Assess students’ progress through various evaluation methods and provide individualized support as needed. Foster strong communication with parents, colleagues, and administrators to ensure student success. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred). Valid teaching certification (state or national). Experience in elementary education, preferably in a private or arts-integrated setting. Strong classroom management skills and a passion for arts-infused teaching. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
