Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts/Science in Education or field of instruction, Florida certification, ESOL endorsement Three (3) years teaching experience preferred Ability to successfully teach assigned classes in area of certification Knowledgeable of the State of Florida requirements for charter schools pertinent to the charter school’s curricular and instructional programs desired. Working knowledge and comfort level with instructional technology Strong written, grammatical, presentation, and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to develop rubrics, research and examine data and metrics, assessment, and application that will enhance student knowledge Proven ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a diverse team of teachers and administrators Knowledge of childhood development and demonstrated experience with executing planned lessons to meet the differential needs of each child An energetic, compassionate educator with a heart for students and a brain that loves learning A pro at balancing structure with creativity (think: teaching standards and inspiring curiosity) A communicator who thrives on collaboration and keeps parents in the loop Someone who is excited to be part of a supportive, high-performing school family Apply today and let’s do something great together.
