Your Role:

Design and implement a Montessori curriculum that fosters life skills, social-emotional learning, and environmental stewardship. Create interdisciplinary projects addressing real-world challenges. Lead a peaceful, engaging classroom using multi-age teaching strategies. Use Transparent Classroom & Google Workspace for documentation and communication. Engage in ongoing professional development and actively support our school’s mission.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in progressive education settings. Knowledge of Montessori philosophy, PBL, and multi-age classroom management. Creative and adaptable curriculum design skills.

Tech-savvy:

Experience with Google Classroom, Transparent Classroom, and Microsoft Office. Passion for sustainability, including involvement in our school garden. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Eligibility to work in the U.S. and successful background check.
