We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:

Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Educate students on various subjects, ensuring that each child understands the material. Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and encourage student participation. Utilize early intervention strategies to support students who may require additional assistance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, including special education needs. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly. Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings. Skills Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly in elementary schools Strong background in special education practices and early intervention techniques. Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to diverse learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student engagement and growth. Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to students as needed.
