Elementary Teacher (Part-Time) My Village Learning Center Palm City, FL 34990 My Village has an opening for an elementary school teacher (grades 2-5) for the 2025-26 academic year. Description of the position:
2nd-3rd grade combined class in the mornings (called Primary C) and 3rd-4th grade combined class in the afternoons (called Primary D). See our website for details of the classes we offer. Classes are chosen based on the interest and experience of the teachers. Both classes have a dedicated Teacher’s Aid and a PE teacher. Small teacher/student ratios The hours are typically from 8:30-4:00 with classes running from 9:30-3:30. Two days per week- Tuesday and Thursday Other important factors: Supplies are provided. Some students take annual standardized tests; however, we do not teach to the test. Open communication and support from Administration. Teaching certificate is not required; however, classroom experience is necessary.
