The Art of Learning PLC, a dynamic and student-centered learning community, is seeking a passionate and dedicated 1st Grade Teacher to join our team! Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Education (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Experience teaching in early elementary grades preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice. A passion for fostering joyful, child-centered learning experiences. Able to follow a curriculum and create lesson plans Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy and math skills. Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide individualized support. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences. Mentor and guide students in their academic and social development.

$22.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
