• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our Jewish elementary school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and nurturing young minds, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school’s curriculum for ELA, Math, Social Studies and Science
• Provide effective instruction using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to enhance their academic performance
• Collaborate with parents, administrators, and other teachers to support student development
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere
• Utilize literacy education techniques to enhance reading and writing skills in students
• Mentor and support students in their social-emotional growth and academic achievements
• Implement early intervention strategies for students who require additional support

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• teaching certification/license
• 5+ experience working with elementary school (K-3) students
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment
