• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Teaching certification/license required
• Experience in early childhood education or elementary teaching preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices
• Familiarity with learning technology and tools
• Understanding of childhood development principles
• Ability to implement early intervention strategies when needed

Preferred Skills:

• Background in physical education or sports coaching
