186th St, Cutler Bay, FL 33157 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the academic and social development of young learners. This role requires a commitment to educating students in various subjects while incorporating innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance learning experiences. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Educate students on various subjects, focusing on their individual learning needs. Utilize learning technology to facilitate interactive and effective teaching. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment. Mentor students, encouraging their growth in both academic and personal areas. Participate in curriculum development initiatives to enhance educational offerings. Address the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education support. Create a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and growth. Experience A degree in Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with students in an elementary school setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Proven ability to write clear lesson plans and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Experience in mentoring or guiding students through their educational journey is beneficial. Knowledge of curriculum development processes will be an advantage.
