The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, Montessori certified, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves developing lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education while utilizing learning technology to enhance the educational experience. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Teach fundamental concepts in literacy, math, and physical education. Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and supportive learning atmosphere. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies. Skills Strong foundation in early childhood education principles. Proficient in literacy education techniques and strategies. Knowledge of math concepts suitable for young learners. Experience in private school settings is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Ability to teach physical education activities that promote health and fitness among young children. Competence in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment. Proficient in lesson planning that incorporates diverse teaching methods and materials. Familiarity with learning technology tools that support educational objectives.
