Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans for a K-2nd grade classroom Create a safe, structured, and loving environment that supports student growth Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents Collaborate with school leaders and staff to build curriculum and routines Participate in school events, professional development, and planning meetings Maintain classroom organization and uphold school values
Qualifications:
AA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field Experience teaching K-2nd grade preferred (public, charter, or private) Passionate about student achievement, structure, and whole-child development Creative, collaborative, and flexible mindset—especially in a new school setting! Florida Teaching Certification or eligible to obtain (temporary or professional) •Preferred not mandatory•
Compensation:
Salary range: $38,000 – $50,000 based on experience and credentials Opportunity for raises and growth as enrollment increases
