The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the academic growth of students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and educational administration. Provide tutoring support to students who may need additional assistance in subjects such as Math and Literacy education. Stay current with educational trends, childhood development theories, and best practices in teaching. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience in classroom management and lesson planning. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and literacy education strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community to enhance the educational experience. Previous experience in tutoring or education administration is a plus.
