Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs, including those with autism
- Utilize library services and resources to enhance student learning
- Provide tutoring or additional support to students who require it
- Manage student behavior in the classroom and enforce school policies
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address student needs and communicate progress _Be a model of the Catholic Faith for all our students.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or autism

- Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources
