Job Description
Elementary Teacher St. Petersburg Christian School 2021 62nd Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702 The school’s religious-driven mission is to provide an excellent education in a safe and nurturing learning environment, equipping students to fulfill God’s plan for their lives. Given this mission, candidates will be required to complete a statement of faith, outlining a personal testimony of their relationship with Jesus Christ. The elementary school program serves students in Grades K-5 and the teaching team is departmentalized by grade level.
Qualified applicants should:
Hold a Bachelor degree or higher. 1. Either possess a valid teaching certificate, or qualify for a temporary teaching certificate through the FLDOE. Private certifications (ie. ACSI, LCS, etc) may be considered. 2. Be able to pass a Level II background screening and pre-employment drug test. 3. Be able to commit to regular contracted hours of Monday-Friday from 7:45-3:30.
