Position Summary:
We are seeking a Christ-centered, dynamic 5th Grade Teacher who will instruct and inspire students through a biblical worldview. This teacher will provide a strong foundation in core subjects while helping students grow spiritually, academically, and socially as they prepare for middle school.
Responsibilities Include:
Plan and deliver instruction aligned with curriculum standards and biblical truth Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and Christian character Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and families to support student learning and development Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress Integrate a biblical worldview into all areas of teaching and classroom management Assess student performance and adjust instruction accordingly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field (Master’s preferred) Florida teaching certification (or eligibility) A growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ A commitment to Warner Christian Academy’s mission and values Experience in a Christian school environment preferred
