Position Summary:
We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher who will lead young learners into a lifelong love of learning through a biblical worldview. This teacher will create a safe, engaging, and Christ-honoring classroom that supports foundational growth in all developmental areas.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide age-appropriate instruction in phonics, reading, math, science, and Bible Create a warm and structured classroom that fosters independence and a love for learning Partner closely with families in the development of each child Assess and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed Instill Christ-centered values and model the character of Jesus in daily interactions Collaborate with peers and support staff for student success
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education Florida teaching certification (or eligibility) A vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ A heart for young children and Christian education Previous kindergarten teaching experience preferred
