Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated PrimaryLead Teacher to guide a mixed-age classroom of children ages 3-6.The ideal candidate will bring a deep respect for young children, astrong commitment to Montessori principles, and a high level ofprofessionalism and flexibility to their role in fosteringindependence, curiosity, and growth in early childhoodlearners.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain a warm, welcoming, and developmentallyappropriate Montessori environment Guide students through individualized and group lessons usingMontessori materials Foster independence, concentration, and positive socialinteractions among students Communicate professionally and collaboratively with parents andcolleagues Observe and assess student development, maintaining accuraterecords Uphold Montessori values and model respectful, intentionalbehavior in the classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for thePrimary (3-6) age level Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in Education or arelated field Previous experience teaching in a Montessori Primaryclassroom Excellent communication, organizational, and classroommanagement skills Demonstrated professionalism and flexibility in all aspects ofthe role
