Who We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced and passionate Upper Elementary English Teacher who: Brings depth in language arts, literacy, and project-based learning. Embodies a growth mindset and thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment. Understands how to differentiate instruction for a variety of learners, including gifted and multilingual students. Is excited to connect literature, writing, and communication with real-world, interdisciplinary experiences. Aligns with our belief that children learn best when they understand why and are empowered to take ownership of their learning journey. Qualifications Degree in Education or relevant field (Master’s preferred). Proven teaching experience in upper elementary or middle grades. Strong command of English instruction with a creative, inquiry-driven approach. Experience in multilingual or international school settings is a plus. Comfort with open-ended learning, cross-grade collaboration, and cultural responsiveness.
