The Elementary School Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and social development of students in early childhood education. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Educate students in core subjects, with a focus on Math and Reading. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. Assess student progress through testing and provide constructive feedback. Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Early Childhood Education preferred. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners effectively. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment strategies. Excellent proofreading skills for preparing instructional materials and assessments.
