The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters the intellectual and social growth of students. This role involves developing lesson plans, teaching various subjects, and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students. Duties Educate students in core subjects, including but not limited to math, science, language arts, and social studies. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Teach physical education to promote health and fitness among students. Prepare students for standardized testing by providing appropriate instructional strategies. Write progress reports and communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior. Mentor students to support their academic and personal development. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs. Participate in education administration activities, including staff meetings and professional development workshops. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the private school setting. Maintain a well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Experience in lesson planning and classroom management is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
