Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
• Use effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning atmosphere
• Provide individualized support and early intervention strategies for students who may be struggling academically or behaviorally
• Utilize learning technology and educational resources to enhance instruction
• Foster a love of reading and literacy through library services and promoting independent reading
• Mentor and guide students in their social and emotional development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success
• Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required)
• Valid teaching certification or license (required)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
• Proficient in lesson planning, curriculum design, and assessment strategies
• Familiarity with learning technology tools and resources
