What You’ll DoAs our Primary Lead Teacher, you will:
Create a joyful, inclusive, and intellectually rich classroom rooted in Montessori principlesDevelop and deliver engaging lessons and hands-on experiences tailored to the needs of individual learnersFoster social-emotional growth through grace, courtesy, and meaningful relationshipsGuide students in the use of Montessori materials and thoughtfully observe their progressPrepare comprehensive student reports and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate with families with warmth, clarity, and professionalismLead, mentor, and collaborate with classroom assistants and floatersEnsure a safe, beautiful, and organized learning environmentAccompany and support students during field trips and school activitiesWhat You BringA Bachelors Degree (required); preference for Education, Early Childhood, or related fieldsMontessori Primary Certification (ages 36) from a MACTE-accredited program is strongly preferredIf youre not yet certified but eager to pursue training, lets talk!
