Gilford School District is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated candidate for an anticipated Elementary Teacher opening to join our academic team for the 2025-26 school year. What You’ll Do:

Tailor your teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special needs and varying learning styles.
Data-Driven Teaching:
Use student performance data to inform your instruction and adjust the curriculum for optimal student outcomes.

Colleagues:
Work with fellow teachers to refine and improve curriculum, share best practices, and support each other in creating an effective instructional environment.
Positive Learning Environment:
Foster a safe and respectful classroom where students are encouraged to participate and grow both academically and personally.
Effective Communication:
Regularly communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and expectations.
Professional Development:

What You’ll Need to
Bring:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
Certification:
Current NHDOE certification or Statement of Eligibility.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (oral and written), empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Work Style:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Technology:
Proficiency in using instructional technology tools and applications.
Experience:
Previous experience working with elementary school-aged students is a plus, but not required.
