Full Job Description Role Summary :

The Elementary Spanish Teacher, with a strong commitment to providing a private school education with a Biblical worldview, will motivate students to develop the necessary skills for language acquisition and provide rich, instructional experiences as a foundation for the introduction of the Spanish language and culture of Spanish speaking countries. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and present lessons to facilitate students’ understanding and application of the Spanish language to achieve curriculum objectives Employ a variety of instructional aids and technological resources as well as methods and materials that will provide for the creative teaching to reach the whole student Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to spark a love for learning in our students Maintain regular and prompt attendance and grade records in Ren Web FACTS. Keep students, parents/guardians, and administration informed of deficiencies Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity. Attend all school staff meetings and scheduled professional development sessions and workshops Other duties as assigned by the

Dean of Academics Qualifications :

Review and affirm, without reservation to the Core Statements adopted by CCA include the CCA Mission, Vision, Core Values, Community Life Statement, Statement of Faith, Philosophy of Christian Education, School-wide Learning Outcomes, and Instructional Values. Fluent written and spoken Spanish Bachelor’s Degree or higher in education, spanish, or related field New Hampshire State Teaching License or eligibility to obtain the credential Obtain and maintain teacher certification from Association of Christian Schools International Proven experience in a classroom preferable within an elementary school setting with a thorough understanding of best practices
