Our mission includes Orton-Gillingham instruction and the Core Knowledge Curriculum. Mentorship provided for new educators. Work with a collaborative team and receive paid training in Responsive Classroom and Orton-Gillingham. Professional development provided throughout the year.

Design and implement lesson plans in math, science, language arts, social studies, and handwriting. Integrate creative teaching methods, such as hands-on activities, group projects, and technology-based learning tools.

Classroom management: Establish clear rules and expectations while fostering a respectful and positive classroom atmosphere.

Promote collaboration and teamwork among students while addressing conflicts constructively.

Maintain student records, including attendance, achievements, and behavioral observations.

Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians through conferences, newsletters, and progress reports.

Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and align teaching strategies.

Actively engage with the school community to support extracurricular activities and events.

Qualifications:

Possess a bachelors degree in educationHold a valid NH teaching license or certification appropriate for elementary education.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of child development and pedagogy.

Exhibit proficiency in communication, organization, and adaptability.
