An ideal candidate will have:

experience teaching upper elementary students a clear personal commitment to both high-quality academics and values-driven education. knowledge of Responsive Classroom practices familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Programme interest in community service and engagement excellent skills for communicating with parents and colleagues an eagerness to collaborate with colleagues, especially in the arts, enrichment, and literacy an advanced degree; a Bachelors’ degree is a minimum requirement Teachers at All Saints enjoy small classes of 12-18 students in an environment that intentionally promotes not just academic achievement that qualifies students for admission to selective secondary schools but also social-emotional growth and responsibility. A teacher’s salary currently ranges from $55,000 to $99,000 (including long-time service awards); a candidate’s actual salary will be determined by experience and credentials.
