Administer standardized testing as required, analyzing results to inform instructional practices and support student progress. Provide early intervention strategies for students who may require additional support in their learning journey. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Bilingual Extension Experience in early childhood education is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of child development principles. Proficiency in classroom management techniques, including behavior management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Ability to proofread educational materials and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment.
