Solid knowledge of kindergarten and grade subject matter is a must, as well as the ability to teach subjects through project-based learning. The ideal candidate will be able to work within the curricular outlines of our school while also bringing in their own knowledge and experiences. We are seeking a lead kindergarten teacher, and potentially a lead first grade teacher. We are a relatively new school, small but powerful, with an acclaimed good vibe to work in. Teaching isn’t the easiest job and we aim to optimize operations and support to create a space where teachers can focus on the important things. Additionally, as we grow as does our team, and their opportunities. We offer a unique, collaborative, a bit unconventional at times school. Our teachers and staff work collectively and support one another, and the admin team works closely with teachers and students to help along the way. That being said, we are looking for teachers who think outside the box, care for their classrooms and students, but also manage their respect, and truly believe in working together with students, parents, and admins for successfully smooth operations. Our school model is atypical in both the environment and the curriculum, with small classes, a fast-paced yet hands-on curriculum, and applying different pedagogical philosophies in a structured manner. As part of a research plan for providing better school environments, our program offers an exceptional amount of guidance, professional development, supervision, and all-around help not typically found in the school setting. Our philosophy is rooted in individual student development, interpersonal relationships, and building bonds of logic and emotion with our students and curriculum. We teach our students to think critically, solve problems, and achieve success through hard work. When led by supportive teachers and supported by involved parents, students truly have the ability to succeed. As a teacher within our school, it is an important skill we look for to differentiate lessons, and we have small class sizes to make that possible. We are seeking teachers who would define themselves as having both a passion and a calling for education, for teaching. Let’s not waste each other’s time
- we are seeking genuinely talented and knowledgeable teachers to be a part of our building and growing process to create a revolutionary school.
We firmly believe in traditional values and how to best apply them in a modern world. Understanding the vast world for which they are preparing includes teaching them about the arts, cultures, and more, which are included subjects in our curriculum. The ideal candidate for our school would be ready to work collaboratively, engage in varying professional development at school, and become a true part of our school community
- all with keeping as decent a work-life balance as is possible with this career choice. Knowing how to manage a class in an engaging way is a critical component of a successful teacher, and attention to detail is critical. Teaching license is not a mandate

We are a new school and are still growing.
