Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that support whole-child development
• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
• Observe and assess children’s development, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, newsletters, daily updates
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and co-teachers to ensure high-quality instruction
• Follow all licensing and school safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Teaching degree in Early Childhood Education
• Experience working with primary-aged children
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, patient approach
