Kohelet Yeshiva Lab School, an educationally progressive, K-8 Modern Orthodox Day School located in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, seeks a dynamic and talented educator for the position of 4/5 Grade General Studies Teacher for a maternity leave starting at the end of August and ending the middle of February during the 2025-2026 school year. The General Studies Maternity Leave Teacher position is envisioned as a full-day position encompassing all General Studies (literacy, math, science, social studies) instruction for a 4th and 5th-grade classroom. The successful candidate will have a BA in Elementary Education and a MA in a related field of study. The candidate will feel comfortable teaching and developing literacy, math, science and social studies curricula for a 4th and 5th grade classroom. He or she will be excited by the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment and co-teach with colleagues. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
