06/18/2025 Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, the Dallastown Area School District seeks an elementary teacher(s), who will emulate our dedication to excellence and vision of inspiring and creating pathways for student success. (Grade and Building Assignment TBD)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing a safe, challenging and relevant learning environment. Guiding the learning process toward the achievement of the District’s curriculum goals and objectives. Employing a variety of instructional techniques and future-focused strategies including the use of technology and whole-group / small-group learning. Facilitating success and growth in students’ academic and interpersonal skills through an inclusive environment with equitable practices. Assessing student goals and progress while modifying instructional methods to fit individualized student needs. Assisting students in the exploration and identification of career pathways. Effectively communicating and collaborating with administrators, staff members and parents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree Valid PA Instructional I or II Teaching Certificate:
Grade PK-4 (2825) OR Elementary Education K-6 (2810) Related teaching experience preferred Willingness to be flexible in terms of teaching assignment within the school setting Completion of all mandated pre-employment documents Dallastown Area School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
