The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating young minds through engaging lesson plans and effective classroom management. This position requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. We have small class sizes and a strong team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and engage students in interactive learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized tutoring and support for students who require additional assistance in subjects such as Math. Conduct early intervention strategies for students who may be struggling academically or behaviorally. Assess student progress through regular testing, observations, and feedback, ensuring that all assessments are accurately documented. Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administration to create a supportive educational community. Write detailed reports on student performance and classroom activities while ensuring all documentation is proofread for accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; teaching certification preferred. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom organization are essential. Proficiency in writing lesson plans, reports, and educational materials with attention to detail. Familiarity with early intervention techniques and tutoring strategies to support diverse learners.
