Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess strong communication skills to engage with high school students effectively.

Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
• Manage the classroom effectively to create a conducive learning environment
• Provide instruction in subjects such as Literacy Education, Trigonometry, and other relevant topics
• Coach sports teams or extracurricular activities if applicable
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives
• Utilize public speaking skills to deliver lectures and presentations
• Edit and review student assignments for clarity and accuracy

Skills:

• Proficient in classroom management techniques
• Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Strong background in Literacy Education, Trigonometry, and other subject areas as required
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus
• Sports coaching experience beneficial for extracurricular involvement
• Excellent public speaking abilities for effective communication with students and parents
• Copy editing skills to provide constructive feedback on student work
