Job Description

Math Interventionist Teacher Elementary / Middle School 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 555 Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC 29906 At Bridges Preparatory School, the Math Interventionist will provide explicit mathematics instruction in a one-to-one or small group setting to improve specific mathematics skills of a particular child or small group of children. This position will work with the intervention team to create intervention plans of learning aligned with the regular classroom mathematics objectives. Collaborating closely with instructional teams and administrators, you’ll work to enhance student learning outcomes, ensuring a positive and nurturing experience. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a love for math and creating a supportive community that encourages every student to thrive academically and personally. To excel, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in area of math education along with a current South Carolina teaching certification or the willingness to obtain one. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with instructional teams and administrators to enhance student learning to improve outcomes for at-risk students.
