POSITION OVERVIEW
This full-time teaching position includes retirement benefits, full healthcare coverage, and professional development opportunities . Lower Elementary Teachers work closely with Instructional Assistants to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment. As a Montessori educator at ECMCS, you will have the autonomy to guide student learning while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.

Plan and implement Montessori-aligned instruction that meets students’ academic and social needs Create a positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment Support students’ individualized learning journeys while fostering independence Maintain strong communication with students, families, and colleagues Contribute to school-wide initiatives, team collaboration, and professional development
QUALIFICATIONS SC
Elementary Teaching Certification (or a pathway to completion) Lower Elementary Montessori Certification (School-sponsored training available) Prior teaching experience (Montessori experience preferred but not required) A passion for student growth and a commitment to Montessori principles
