Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with South Carolina State Standards Teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and motor development Use a variety of teaching methods to address diverse learning styles and abilities Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques Establish routine classroom behaviors and procedures Document and report on students’ progress and development to parents and admin Incorporate play-based and hands-on learning activities to engage young learners Supervise students during non-instructional times, such as recess, lunch, and dismissal Attend professional development session and training as required by law/policy Use technology and other resources to enhance instruction Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
