PM Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Columbia, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a structured curriculum, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage children’s curiosity and creativity. Foster a nurturing and safe learning environment. Work closely with families to support each child’s development. Observe and assess student performance and progress. Maintain classroom records, cleanliness, and organization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (required). Valid Early Childhood Care Certificate (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working in a preschool or early childhood educational setting is (required).
