Position Overview NIA is currently seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Elementary School Teachers to join our growing team for the upcoming academic year. Multiple positions are available across K-5 classrooms. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to student-centered learning, culturally responsive teaching, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven school culture in educating whole children. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with school standards and instructional goals. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional growth of all students. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being. Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and guide instruction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Teaching licensure is preferred Minimum of 1 years teaching experience in elementary education preferred.
