We are seeking a forward-thinking, student-centered Founding Upper Elementary Teacher with a strong interest in Project-Based Learning (PBL) and curiosity on leveraging emerging AI-powered tools and educational technology. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a next-generation classroom where students explore real-world challenges, use emerging tools responsibly, and learn through inquiry and collaboration. What You’ll Do Design and lead engaging, interdisciplinary projects that connect core subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) to authentic, real-world experiences. Each child at Flourish has their own AI-powered coach who will monitor their learning, support them with feedback and resources, and learn about how they learn to help them deeply understand their own capabilities. You will learn to work with the coach to follow your learning objectives and reinforce your classroom leadership. Model ethical and responsible technology use, including digital citizenship and AI literacy. Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, collaboration, innovation, and student ownership.

Use AI-powered platforms to differentiate instruction, track student growth, and streamline planning.

Collaborate with other educators to design cross-grade or cross-disciplinary PBL experiences. Communicate regularly with families, using digital tools to share student progress, project updates, and celebrations. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
