Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher to join our team at Grace Covenant Baptist Academy. This role is pivotal in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning in our students. The position is based in West Knoxville and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including standardized testing. Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including special education. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth. Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
