The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for learning among students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula that meet the diverse needs of children while promoting their overall welfare and development. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth in literacy education and other subjects. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive educational experience. Manage classroom behavior while promoting respect, responsibility, and empathy among students. Collaborate with special education staff to accommodate the needs of children with diverse learning requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Engage in curriculum development initiatives to improve educational outcomes for all students. Qualifications Experience working with children in an elementary school, daycare, or private school setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of child welfare principles and toddler care practices. Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education.
